Fairly common occurrence (many airline systems are old and busted and can't handle spaces anyway so airline and border staff have seen this countless times) - shouldn't be a problem. If you are of a paranoid disposition, you might find it useful to send a quick email to Emirates via the Contact Us form to ask them to separate it if possible, but if not, I would not worry.
