NJ David... I think those are great ideas. Once Delta put me in a better coach seat (right at the front) because I only had my briefcase (it was a job interview and I had to come back the same day!)

of mine is not that of a 16 year old so I have to take care.

BaoBab... I pack my Harrod's Green Cat shopping bag (at least one, I have two plan
to get a third) for stuff I pick up on my travels. It's made of cloth with plastic covering but the stronger think I've ever used. And all those cats make me proudly proclaim to the world I love CATS!!!
