Looks like this is after the winter time change. Or past nov. 1, when 832 switches from 20:55 to 19:45? But then there is no mid afternoon flight from DTW?

But anyway, now I am confused for another reason.

420 leaves YYZ at 17:00. Before Nov. 1, the afternoon flight from DTW arrives at 15:56. Likely an illegal connection (below the MCT at YYZ)?

Note that there is another flight after 420 that still connects to 832. MCT at YUL is 40 minutes I believe.

But before Nov. 1, 832 leaves at 20:55 anyway.
