There's no secret about me having offered Redbird for sale (in fact I tried hard not to keep it a secret, obviously). All the pages, verbiage and online store features about me selling Redbird are as of this moment still intact on my website, as they were before, which is the same website where I posted the memo news linking to this post (just another tab there). So no, I wasn't trying to hide the fact that I sold Redbirds to people who couldn't get them locally and found it beneficial to buy one from me as opposed to travel to get it.

I very clearly stated (still noted) on the buy tab (Redbird) of my website where people would click to buy it that it was not a refundable purchase. Further, as soon as I heard the news on Oct 12th I suspended the sale (still have plenty in stock) just so people who didn't know about the events of that day didn't buy one. I also didn't guarantee anyone that Target wouldn't kill it before they got to use it, obviously.

Are you now asking me whether I will refund someone who purchased a Redbird from my site before Target killed it and before anyone new about it?

Who are you supposed to be, the Supreme Flyertalk judge or jury? And why are you asking me that anyhow? I mean, how is that any of your f*cking business, or remotely relevant to this post? Or just because you couldn't find anything else to blabber about?
A little defensive? Your inferiority complex is showing again.

Since you asked, sure I'll further judge. I think you should in the least refund the profit back to the poor slob who had yet to receive their now essentially defunct product from you. They've purchased a lemon, there are laws against that.

Furthermore blabber you enjoy;
You create this stupid thread whining incessantly about not getting some credit you feel you deserve, no less all the while standing on the back of some psuedo-integrity soapbox. Congrats, you have made it quite clear; anyone who paid you $30 (or whatever amount you gouged them) for a soon to be received lemon brick now very clearly understands your no guarantee, no refunds policy. Glad to know how your business runs.

Ironically, you are adamant that others to do right by you. Questionable profit is not good enough, you're hyper-concerned with fame. Since you still have stock remaining, will all orders going out now arrive with a surprise added bonus of a link to your Paul Revere story? Be sure to profit in a shop again soon coupon.

I haven't had a good yawn yet this morning, go ahead, tell us more about integrity and deserved respect.

No guarantee that wont be judged.
