On the website, the "View Receipt" button doesn't show up until the receipt is ready. No dead link issues on the website. Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the link to appear, sometimes more than 5 days.

On the iOS App, the "View Receipt" button almost always appears within 24 hours of check-out. Tapping on it returns an error saying "Could not retrieve receipt at this time".

When the receipt finally is available on the website, the receipt is immediately viewable through the app.

I have a stay that ended on 9/15/15 where the points have posted but I don't have a "view receipt" link on the website and I get the "Could not retrieve receipt at this time" error in the app.
