I've never heard of a Marriott doing this, but there are art programs in some (Starwood) LMs. It could be interesting, but one would not expect a serious working artist necessarily to be available during some stay of, for example, several nights. One wonders how often the gallery nights will be held. Will the artist's work be available at the hotel for purchase during the year?
