My least favorite:
DTW - I hope the folks who designed this travesty have to fly through it each week. Wait, NOBODY deserves that fate.
BOS - A dump. Designed like the roads of Boston - impossible to navigate and not designed for the traffic it has to carry.
DFW - Tram is lousy, nothing is convenient. Thank God I don't fly AA and have to connect there. Credit where it's due: the new rental car facility is nice.
CMH - Has anyone there every heard of that new high-tech device known as a SIGN? Want to find the rental car area? Ask two or three people and get two or three different answers.
OKC - nothing with the airport, but it is a personal jinx. Almost every time I fly through there, I experience a delay, regardless of the carrier.
My favorites:
PVD - Frequent shuttles from long-term parking, very fast from locking the car door to the counter to the gate. Brightly lit.
LCH (Lake Charles, LA) - Smaller than some hotel lobbies I've been in. Very quick from plane to rental counter to car and vice-versa. Waiting area has a full and unobstructed view of the runway.
COS - Airport is OK, but what a view when you exit the terminal!
