Top Airports:
MCI - 40 feet from plane to car, and it's not a tiny airport. Great design for O&D terrible as a hub.
CVG - For connecting (don't mind the bus to comair)
MCO - Again, nice for connecting.
MIA - But only if flying USair or Delta. They are all the way at the end in a very nice brand new concourse H. Close to parking, close to baggage. Easy to bypass the South America bound masses.

Worst airports:
DFW - For all the same reasons MCI is good. The toy train is a joke, at least ATL has a real tram.
MIA - If not on DL or US.
LAX - A pain to get from one terminal to another.
ORF (Norfolk) - Hard to find luggage through thick tobacco smoke. You can tall what crop is king around here.
