I think the only hubs which will see a net increase in flights are JFK and LAX. All others will see a net decrease. Mainly because of the reduction of 50-seater aircraft. And I don't see a 1-to-1 replacement with 76-seater aircraft. This will probably impact CLT and PHL more than DFW or MIA. But also keep in mind that a frequency decrease does not always corrolate with a capacity decrease.
That is a good point... using your example, you could replace 3 daily non-stops with 2 and see an increase in capacity of 2 seats.
