In F I do prefer windows...
How often do people stand in their seats though? Might require slightly more ducking when getting in and out, but otherwise I don't think there is really any negative part about the lower ceiling.
It will make it more awkward for me to get to my seat, and create the appearance of a smaller cabin having the PSU closer.
