I politely requested help from @Sixt on Twitter and they block me
wow, i am totally flabbergasted with Sixt. I have seen incompetent customer service in my life but this really really tops the list.
I have a valid complaint about service and my account and Sixt just can't get it straight. They ask me how my rental went and when i tell them, it's just silence. Can't find my rental and silence. Ask about the upgrade policy that is published on their website and again, silence.
And now they block me on Twitter after I politely asked for help.
Way to go Sixt!
