Several months ago I've bought my first IcelandAir ticket, on Economy Comfort ticket. As such the ticket is fully refundable.

Couple of weeks ago the price on the same ticket dropped (not by much but still $75 is something). So, it should be easy enough to get a refund of the difference, as the ticket is fully refundable. You would think of course.

Calling IcelandAir, they cannot refund the difference (even with the change fee). The only way to get the new price is to cancel the old reservation and book a new one. I was ready to do it until they said that refund will be processed 4-6 weeks later. Not worth it for me at this time, but still extremely annoying.
