While I agree that this situation and the environment and legislation that led to it are regrettable. I want to clarify that I don't have reason to believe this is actually so ridiculous that it is *him* that is on the watch list. It is most likely some person of interest that shares the same name as him.

There have been several documented cases of this nature.
