Found a place in Tokyo, the Ryokan Shigetsu (http://www.roy.hi-ho.ne.jp/shigetsu/). The room is Japanese style with bath in the heart of Asukusa. The cost for 2 people 15,000 yen (about $125.00). Looks really nice.

I also saw another place the Ryokan Sawanoya (http://www.tctv.ne.jp/members/sawanoya/). It looked nice, but seemed a bit far out of town. Fodors and Frommers gave both very good reviews.

Any other tips about Tokyo would be helpful to me.
