One of the first thing I would have asked for if I was in his position is a complete analysis of how the change to MP had impacted HVF retention. And I would have made sure someone I trusted was part of the team performing the analysis, not just the people installed by Smisek.
Agreed that major decisions beyond things like changing food/coffee are going to require a substantial amount of analysis and careful thought/planning. It would be a bad sign for Munoz to move too quickly on things like this.
