I'm seeing the same issue. My last stay doesn't even have the button for the receipt and the last few have it but no receipt attached. It seems like Hilton IT is having issues. It's also annoying that when logging into the site it doesn't prompt you for the reCAPTCHA the first time failing the login which is annoying.
