EY strives to be a 5-star airline. I know airlines that still have waaaayyys to go to get to 4-star, but when you call them the first option (ok, maybe the second option, if you consider the language selection) is:
"If you are a First or Business class passenger, PRESS ONE"
The point is simple: a lot could be achieved by just slightly re-configuring the IVR.
