That is not my assumption, and thanks for stating the obvious. I have two mobile numbers, both UAE, by the way. At least one of them, possibly both are in my EY Guest profile. Even if they were not, while calling from either of these numbers I have already - multiple times - made my language selection in the EY IVR. My point is that EY should REMEMBER it, and the technology to do so has been widely adopted around the world (including UAE).
