At least SK stated earlier this year at a gold/diamond meeting in HEL, that they have no plans to start direct flights from Finland to anywhere else but their hubs (ARN & CPH)

AY or DY are the only ones that come to mind. BT tried to fly some regional airports to RIX to connect but I don't know if it still continues.
