Hey all, long time HHonors member, new FlyerTalk member. Been a Diamond guy with Hilton for a few years now and travel extensively for work.

"View Receipt" stopped showing up for the trips I took after around August this year. All except one trip actually, so 10 out of the last 11 or so. These are hotels that I have been to many times before so I know they make the eFolio available and all are located in the US.

I would attach a screenshot but can't figure out how to load up JPEGs, so you will have to use your imagination. Basically where the VIEW RECEIPT should be in the Past Stays (right above BOOK AGAIN) there is nothing. No broken hyperlink, no text at all.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I emailed hilton tech support and they are "looking into it" of course, but I haven't found anyone else having the issue so I am doubtful they will promptly resolve it for just a single outlier.
