Is parking still valet only? How quick is it? Do they expect a tip each time? (I'm only asking the last so I can plan to have appropriate cash).

It wasn't too much (about US$35/day for a small SUV), so I decided to just rent from JNB, drive to the hotel, etc.

Anyone with experience on checking in early? I think the LHR-JNB flight arrives around 7am. I'd expect I could be at the hotel by 10am. I know they don't have to, but I've been pleasantly surprised with early check in at other properties.
