Yes, you should be able to change it on Finnair.com. You won't earn any miles of course.

Anyone able to offer any helpful advice here - after 2 emails explaining the above to customer relations (as advised by the agent who booked the trip in order for me to claim the 4500 avios back), I have been directed back to my 'local exec club phone number', who have said that the booking and avios price was correct, despite my explanations that domestic legs are included on long-hauls, and me providing evidence on equivalent searches at the time..... I have been given no further options for reclaiming the overpaid avios?!

Any advice out there?!
