The figures you cited for SEA-LAX-LHR-LAX-SEA on AS/AA sound possible for an AAdvantage miles redemption on those flights. But I'd be surprised if those were the correct figures for an Avios redemption on the very same flights.
The figures I cited were taxes/fees shown on the AS website. I've always been charged the same fees quoted on the AS website when redeeming Avios for AS/AA metal, so not sure if this differs when flying to/from LHR?
