Actually most airlines other than BA seem to manage to do priority baggage well. I just did 3 flights in Vietnam in VN, and my bags were always first on the belt. Same story with JL and NH and Japan on domestics.

Quite a few airlines don't bother with actual colourful tags anymore, and will just have "priority" typed onto the tag, such as on NH and IB.
