My personal feeling is they really wanted to see what would happen if they enforced the rules and not let people get the credits for gift cards. I think they realized it was a mistake. Could be wrong, but sure sounds like it. What kind of glitch could last for well over a month? I certainly was going to cancel our two cards over this.
Glad they changed their minds.
