Google how long food poisoning last or just refer to the page you linked. It does not usually end within 24 hr window from you first eat your food.
If you think JAL isn't a responsible food provider you should take other carriers for the sake of your health. Would be very irresponsible of you picking this carrier for your friends and families if this is what you believe.
FYI, JAL doesn't post on FT. So you can give up on the hope that You will get an official reply here. But at least you've got 3 different FTers told you other food you ate is more likely to be the source based on the partial timeline you provided. I hope that's at least some helpful information for you.
I count two - you and one other. Another poster also thinks he got food poisoning from JAL.
