I think that's a reference to the fact that U2 has no bulkhead, whereas some of BA's fleet do have a bulkhead. However BA's G-GATx aircraft no longer have bulkheads on 1A to 1C either - and that wasn't well received in these parts due to the perceived lack of privacy. Moreover the legroom is being shared with the cabin crew (though there's plenty of space for that). The bulkhead seats on 2D to 2F on G-GATx is particularly generous.
It isn't really proportionate is it? No U2 aircraft have bulkheads all but 10 of BA's do. Whilst the drawback of U2's set up is being exposed upon boarding (and I am not a fan of that since Speedy Boarding works so well you can be sitting there for quite a while as people board by you) in legroom terms which was the discussion here it is clearly superior to all but a small subfleet of BA aircraft at a sub-hub.
Also in practice you don't really share much of that space with crew except at take off and landing since the crew are busy working the cabin and galley. With U2 unlike BA you can also reserve the middle seat and get a BP for it so don't have the risk that some numpty will allocate the free seat that you have paid for.
