but the rest of the "rant" is on target but lets be honest this is not unique to Etihad, or airlines in general and is all too common - at least when the call is free it is just annoying but by the time you add another 5 minutes for the human being to actually answer the phone it also gets expensive so perhaps there should be a request for them to make the calls free
