worked for me

The CUIT 30697282714 worked for me on an EZE-JFK-SFO routing. But what's strange is that a screen came up saying that the transaction could not be completed. When I went to check my email, I got an email saying that the miles had been taken from my SM account. And when I plug in the confirmation number, it turns out that it did work. I then called to cancel a reservation for the same routing I'd made yesterday for a different date and at the same time, asked if there was a way to avoid a 6h50min layover at JFK. The agent was able to move the travelers (family and friends, not me) to an earlier flight, so they now have a 2hr50min layover, which ought to be sufficient even though they'll have to go from terminal 1 (the EZE-JFK is on AR) to terminal 4 for the JFK-SFO DL flight. I don't know why the shorter layover did not appear as available, since all JFK-SFO flights that day are at the lowest level (12.5K)--perhaps a married segment issue--but the agent worked around it.
