Yes, I was trying to exclude info that most FTers wouldn't be interested in.

From the first of the two links I posted:
While the majority of Metroline's routes operate within London under contract to Transport for London, routes 84/84A and 714, together with the Monday to Saturday daytime service on route 242, are provided by Metroline on a commercial basis.
From the second link:
English National Travel Concession passes and London Councils’ Freedom passes are accepted throughout the route subject to the schemes’ conditions.
I hope that last bit is not weasel words.

Your Freedom Pass is valid on all Transport for London (TfL) buses (in the Greater London area) at all times.

Your pass is also valid on local bus services run by other bus companies which are outside the TfL bus network. Your pass will be valid Monday-Friday 09:30 - 23:00 and anytime at weekends and on public holidays.
I wonder how local is 'local'. For us, the London Borough of Barnet is local, though LTN not. Even if restricted, we are excluded only before 09:30 M-F and would then pay.

My interest: we have such concessionary passes in the family. They also take cardholders to LHR, LCY and part way to LGW, but to my surprise LTN is a shorter journey.
