Credit where credit is due - Good resolution by Al Ain call center
Flying in business on a combined EY/AB itinerary (EY ticketed), I had a bit of a snag booking the chauffeur service. No issue booking for the EY flight, but for AB there was the need for EY to send a request to AB, and apparently the need for me to call back and confirm... Which I did a few times, but with no resolution. The last person that picked it up at Al Ain committed to contact the relevant department in Abu Dhabi and contact me with a resolution... Which they did within less than an hour by sending me an email with the requisite confirmation and calling me to close the matter.
This is how customer service matters should be handled for First and Business. Way to go!^
