I don't have the RB but do have the BB and have noticed no changes so far. Are the changes coming through Amex, or are they coming from Target because they believe it's money laundering or something like that. Wouldn't a large deposit of cash be more suspicious than gift cards? I guess I don't understand who is stopping RB with gift cards????

From my personal experience FT is a fairly honest environment. So, I don't think people would intentionally deceive here (despite all if us being scavengers). That being said, MS has *always* been YMMV. Places like NYC and SoCal have always had more rules. Dallas is great. The Midwest is fine. Now things are worse but it is relative. It might be des regionally, but loads are still being done with VGC and debit cards.
**Sorry Radster but your semantic loophole observation won't change the fact that Amex doesn't consider a GC a "bank issued debit card" even though theoretically it is.
