Not stuck if you arrive CTG on international flights: Sunwing, jetBlue, Spirit, Copa, Avianca. I keep looking as that as arrival to SA to have some fun time in Cartegena, Cafe del Mar for sunset beverages, before moving on southward but have yet to see anything that makes sense. One day though...
