Hello, thanks in advance for answering my questions. I have searched through the forum and found lots of info, but I have a few questions left that I'd be grateful if someone could answer for me?

1. When are award seats released for booking with Krisflyer miles? By this I mean is there a time specifically during the day they are released - dependent on the flight origin? And presumably around 351 days in advance?

2. Im hoping to book 3 award seats in business plus an infant. I'm aware that the infant will need to be added via the call centre for 10% of the J fare but I wondered what happens if I need to cancel/change the dates. Will the same conditions as the award seats apply or will the ticket become restrictive once I add the infant on? Not sure whether to to this straight away or wait closer to the time.

3. Is it tough to snag 3 award seats in business? Europe to AKL return is my planned trip.
