Last week I noticed that one of my flights, in an itinerary of five flights, had vanished. I called YouFirst and they were absolutely stumped and could not explain what had happened. They rectified it very quickly but I'm logging into MMB twice a day now to keep an eye on things. When I logged in this morning my whole itinerary has disappeared from the BAEC page. I can still access it via MMB though.
I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems. My flight is on October 23,2015.
