I asked the MOD today, he said he had the question several times earlier today, so called a manager help line at HQ. They told him the system was in the process of being disabled for prepaid cards, but for now, they had to shut down the whole debit system to put the programming in place.

No date for the change/notice was given, to him or to me, but that's what he said here in Virginia.
