Unfortunately, there is no way besides plugging each city in manually to find the lowest mileage prices (that I know of). Plus, with married segment logic, looking leg-by-leg is not a sure bet of availability. Delta is just trying to obfuscate something already hard to determine previously so we spend whatever they are asking.
