Yeah, I should have mentioned F....I think it's a flat Y8000 (£45) to upgrade, so not as good value TP wise. However, F is only really offered from Toyko to Osaka, Sapporo, Fukuoka and Okinawa (and only a few of those flights at that), so not quite as easy to find.
