Something I hadn't seen before...
My wife's purchase of an upgrade to first class from mid-September showed up as a credit yesterday. Offer was $90 RT on ATL-DCA, offered at check in on the mobile app.
I knew Comfort + would work (i've used that before) but not FCM! Pretty happy about that.
