BA flight & hotel question
From my experience BAH frequently sell things that are impossible. You can usually work this out on arrival but you need to be quite persistent. The latest example for me was in NYC I booked a twin room for my daughter and I but we were given a double. Hotel had no twin rooms left so wanted to put a rollaway bed in, which would have left zero floor space. Took quite some time but eventually got upgraded to a suite. I think the hotel told me that the information they get doesn't include passenger details, so they had no way of knowing my daughter was 10 and not going to be sharing a bed! No idea if that's true or not...
