I found the screen and options you mention and picked the one that lets me pick the flight; however, farther down on that screen
I had to pick from economy with or without restrictions, business or first class, so I guess one can't search all fares at once. You would think that "all fares" would be an option. I appreciate your help and all the
responses that everyone was kind enough to send.
