This is a tricky one: go to expedia and look at the fare listing. The only problem is that they only list the lowest, economy class fares. You can read the rules from there.
If you want first/business class fares, do a booking just before purchasing and read the rules.
In travelocity, you get a lot of the rules, however, you can't get the routing information.
