I see a lot of different info depending on when it was written, as KL made some changes. So I have a few questions in regards to "bonus ticket" reservation.

1. Since KL doesn`t fly out of my two airports, can I add a leg on DL and connect in ATL, from which I can fly on KL?

2. Is one stopover still permitted on one-way award solely on KL? KL+partner?

3. What`s up with faxing ID - is it still a rule?
