I have a small problem...

I am landing in MXP at 8:25am (Swiss Air) into Terminal 1.
I need to meet up with my group at LIN airport. They land at 10:05am.

The first MXP-LIN shuttle departs at 9:30am, and I think it takes 90 minutes (Not sure...)

I can catch MXP-Milan station shuttle at 8:40, 9:00, 9:20am, getting into Milan station at 9:30m 9:50, 10:10am, respectively. Then, I would have to get to LIN somehow. Google tell me I need 30 minutes to get there.

Other than taking a taxi, any other suggestions?

Question/doubt:
1. How hard is it to find the shuttle at MXP?
2. How do I pay for it? Is there a ticket booth? or cash on the bus?
3. How hard is it to find the bus from Milan train station?
4. How long is it realistically from the train station to LIN airport?
