EWR CO YMQ Q23.25 86.50CO EWR Q 23.25 86.50USD219.50END .... translates to ....

CO from EWR to YMQ at a base OW fare of 86.50 + 23.25 for fuel surcharges for a total BASE fare of 219.50

in addition you will see somewhere this BASE fare and then areas for the taxes. these were explained in the previous post. but normally you will find a breakdown of the XT amount somewhere since you would need it for a reissue or reroute. one important note is that once you pay a tax you cant get a refund even if it doesnt apply to your new routing.
