I'm in BKK right now, some big brand items are cheaper here (about 7%) than online for the US website. If you include VAT refund, it's even cheaper. I don't suspect Dubai and HK will be much if any cheaper than the US considering their import tax and the fact that their currencies are pegged to the dollar.
