The view is of the pool which is nicer that than the rear of the hotel but even the standard rooms here are pretty good. I also used the dedicated desk to check-out which saved me 45 minutes at least so as far as recognising status goes I was more than happy considering the shun I'd read in other posts.

My only gripe coming from the UK was the smoking inside the casinos, WOW! I did t realise how much I appreciated being smoke free!
My stay mentioned above was booked into the cheapest room category. An a RA I was upgraded to a Piazza suite which was a huge well laid out space but not much of a view as looking towards the back. I preferred the smaller floors which are more brightly lit than the Palazzo and the Piazza suite layout is preferable to that of the Fortuna Suite and even possibly the Siena Suite at the Palazzo. The rooms seem to have recently been refurbished and have large samsung TVs (3 in this suite) in place of the tiny ones at Palazzo,
