Long live ATA! I have flown them once as DL protected me on them on my way to LAX. Not only did I get $400 for the bump, but I arrived an hour-and-a-half earlier because of the non-stop IND-LAX flight.

Also, in 1997, I had 40 roundtrips because DL matched fares with ATA. It was all on my own money and allowed me to go home regularly. Without them, I would have been lost.
