I flew the 6pm JFK-ZRH back in March and service was hot dinner, continental breakfast. On the menu it said that on late night departures, there would be a light snack and then a hot breakfast. Seems to me like the 11pm flight would fit into that category.

I was quite impressed with the Swissair service...food was high quality.
