As mentioned, you will go through passport control before you pick up your luggage. KTM is a relatively small operation and only a handful of flights land past 7-8 PM.
You'll be ok, with/without priority. Seriously, it'll be maximum of 5-10 minutes of difference.
I do recall a VIP lane at passport control at KTM but last time I flew in about 3-4 years ago, also on CZ, I wasn't given an invite to use it, but the queue in the regular lane moved at a brisk speed anyway.
